I can not play my music. The voices are all dis- storted. Like an echo etc. Also I can not restore to a date, the bold print is always like day or 2 earlier. Can someone please help me???? I run windows XP e machine... Thankyou
 
Restore to a day or two earlier, that's about the only choice you have at this time.
If that doesn't solve the problem, repost.
