Music server

I have a server dedicated music server that is connected to my home audio
system. I would like to use remote destop to control it from other locations
in the house (such as my laptop via wireless) but the audio output goes to
the controlling computer and not to the output of the music server. Does
anyone know if I can control the output of my music server remotely?

I have tried this too, using mobile 2002 TSC, and didn't have any luck.
Have found a number of www posts with similar problems but no answer, so if
anyone can offer suggestions - please do.

I don't see it as a wireless issue.
Media player is loading direct sound/rdp audio drivers, and the pc/servers
audio drivers are not availible.
I tried disabling audio redirection in group policy - no luck
also tried another 'media' player same situation, so it looks like a OS
default.

Can Media players audio drivers be defined/defaulted in the registry anywhere?
