music is repeating itself randomly...HELP!!!

Okay...so i tried putting different songs to play over different slides but
it didn't work for me so I managed to edit my audio tracks all together and
put it on a CD for it to play continously during my presentation. BUT...it
starts out fine and then after a few slides, starts from the beginning all
over again! I ahve the setting so it stops playing after 999 slides....I've
tried everything i can think of! HELP!! I need this for a wedding on Sat! Any
ideas?

I suppose you used the option insert>movies and sounds>play CD audio track

In that screen you can fill in the duration of the track or the number of
tracks you want played.
Also make sure you have not looped it.

Then make sure you have timed you slides (slide show>rehearse timings)

Sounds as if you may have inserted the file on the slide master on in one of
the slide transitions. It's something to check, anyway. Or you may have
inadvertently inserted the audio on the slide where the music starts over.
