You didn't mention how you are moving it to the other PC. You must perform a
"Pack and Go" for the presentation before moving to another system. This
"embeds" a copy of all of the external files, like sounds, fonts and images
that were used to create the presentation. Otherwise the files are not moved
with the presentation and will not display properly.

The other PC must also have Powerpoint installed to view the presentation.
If it does not, you can embed a Powerpoint Viewer into the presentation when
performing the Pack and Go operation.

To perform a Pack and Go, open the presentation and select File/Pack and Go.
Follow the instructions in the wizard.

Once you have used the Pack and Go feature, it will create 2 files called
pngsetup.exe and another called prezo.ppz. Double click the pngsetup.exe
file to run the presentation. This will create 2 more files one with the
name of the original presentation with the .ppt file extension and another
called playlist.lst.

Double click the new <presentation>.ppt file to open the original
presentation. Close the presentation. The new <presentation>.ppt file will
now have all of the sound and image files embedded in it.
