Multple licenses for XP home version?

Can additional licenses be purchased for XP home edition
at something less than the retail cost? I've got the
distribution, I would like to simply pay for additional
activations for my other 2 home systems without having to
justify the $100/license upgrade expense to the CFO
(wifey - something like $50/license might be doable).
