Multiple Workgroups

I have a laptop that I want to use at work and at home.
Both networks use different workgroup names. Is there a
way to log in or change the workgroup names without
changing the network identification under system settings
and rebooting?

Thanks for your advice.

Not natively. You don't need to, though, if you have network connectivity
and can at least ping the other computer(s) by name -

net use x: \\otherpcname\sharename /user:otherpcname\loginname_for_that_pc
