Multiple Windows Open?

This is probably a basic question, but I cannot get the
Windows XP Pro to allow me more than one windows open at a
time.......even the pop up ads REPLACE the window open and
will not allow me to "back up"

Anyone know of this fix? Help menu is not
helpful...thanx.John

Try Internet Options> Advanced and uncheck the box next to "Reuse
windows for launching shortcuts." Click OK and close all browser
windows. Relaunch the browser to see if the change took effect properly.
