Multiple Windows in IE6 SP2

Something has changed on my IE - I cannot display multiple windows - for
instance if I go to "file - new- window" and select the old window closes and
the same one appears again. On some sites when you select something a new
window pops up but the old one goes away. IE started acting this way about a
week ago.

Thanks for your help in advance.
 
Have you tried going to Internet Properties and unchecking "Reuse windows for
launching shortcuts"...

This should work...
