In the past I've set up similar mandatory profiles for
schools. I create a special account, set its profile up
the way I want for all the users and then copy the profile
so that all users can use it and change it to mandatory.
This way all the settings you want your users to have (as
long as they're registry based) are included. If I want to
modify it I just logon to the account and make any changes
and then recopy it.
