Multiple user accounts and program installation

I have XP Home on a new computer with a few limited accounts and two
Administrator accounts. (The latter to get around another XP-related
program hangup.)

I installed a program not written for XP. That program is now only
available on the Administrator account, but I want the other user
accounts to have access to the program. Is there a way to fix XP to
allow limited user accounts to see this program?

Not that easy. I tried that just before reading your response, and
the program can be started from the other account, but it bombs out
because of file access problems within the program. Any other
options? I'll try calling the vendor as well...
