I have XP prof, and outlook 2002 and would like to be
able to allow someone else to access my outlook files
when they are logged on as a different user. I have
no "delegates" tab on my options menu. Do I need a
different version of outlook?

Any help appreciated.

No, all you need is to put your .pst files in a location that's available to
everyone who uses that machine, i.e. not in your Documents and
Settings/%username%/ hierarchy.

How do I tell outlook where to locate the shared .pst
files? there is no "file Location" option to select where
outlook should look for th .pst files?

Thanks for the help

Close Outlook. Move the file to the shared folder. Restart Outlook. It
will state that it can't find the PST file. Browse to its new location,
select it and click OK.

By the way, if you use Fast User Switching (i.e., you don't log off, but
choose "Switch User"), make sure only one user at a time is accessing the
PST. I've read one report that it's be OK to have Outlook open in each
user's session, but I personally wouldn't trust it.
