Hello Everbody,

I want to use the same footnote several times. Footnootes should at the bottom
of the page where they are used the first time.

I cannot find a way of doing that as WORD alwayys want to create a new footnote.

I am using WORD 2002 - SP3

Thank you in advance.

Will a cross reference to the first occurrence suffice? Insert > reference >
cross reference > footnote - oick tyhe footnote. You will have to format the
number as superscript to match the original.

I tried it and works fine.
By the way using the "Formated Footnote number", the reference is automatically
formated.

Thank you for your help.
