Multiple remote sessions

I have been asked to setup simultaneous remote sessions to an XP Pro PC. Is this possible and how? Remote desktop client reports to the second session that the host is busy. Someone said this is possible and I don't know how. I know it can be done through Windows 2003 Server setup as a terminal server but that's not the answer to this question.

No, Windows XP does not support multiple remote sessions via the Remote
Desktop functionality.
