multiple remote desktop connections

I would like to have 2 user at the sametime be using remote desktop
running on Winxp Pro to access their specifed sessions as if they were
on the pc itself. I would like to know if thats possible and if so how ?
as of now i cant have 2 at sametime without knocking one of them off...

You can't. XP Pro is limited to 1 user using the system at any one time.
You need a server OS running Terminal Services to be able to have multiple
people logged on and using the system at the same time.
