hi there

put the recipients in the BCC field- recipients will not be able to see any
address besides their own.

If the BCC option is not displayed, go to the View menu and select it from
the list

cheers

Your response to put all recipients' addresses in the BCC field is correct
but recipients will NOT see their own address if all addresses are placed in
the BCC field.

Not a stated requirement by the OP. The only time that the To header
must be filled is if the e-mail client refuses to leave it blank or your
outbound mail server rejects a message lacking the To header, so put
your own e-mail address in the To header. The To, Cc, Bcc, Subject, and
Reply-To headers are optional. They may appear zero or one times.

If the OP really cares about whether or not the recipients see
themselves listed in the To or Cc headers, they'll have to use something
else to send their message, like Word's MailMerge, Mailcast, or some
other bulk mailing software.
