Multiple problems at once.

hi,
I have multiple problems, the first problem is that my computer cannot open
anything that is related to microsoft and my computer like Hotmails,
Newgroups(this is other Computer), windows update, Microsoft customer
service, Search(folders), Control panel etc.

another problem i have is Bad_Pool_header, I googled it and they only tell
me about not installing hardwares correctly...I never installed a hardware,
my computer was fine...but it happened all of a sudden. so those supports in
other site wont help me...is there anyone who can help me?

If it happened all of a sudden then you can probably use System
Restore to go back a few days before these problems became
apparent.
