Multiple Outlook Profiles using the same Stationary

I have 3 different Outlook profiles with 3 different email addresses. Each
requires different stationary. However, If I go into profile number 1 and
set the stationary, that stationary selected is used by the two other
profiles. It does not seem as if there is a way to enforce a 1 to 1
relationship between profiles and stationary.
How can I assure that the stationary used by profile number 1, is not used
by profile 2 and 3 and that those profiles can indeed use their own discreet
stationary.

Stationery settings are per-user, not per-profile or per-account. You could use a .bat file to copy stationery to the right file name and then start Outlook with the desired profile.
