Multiple NICs

I am running win2000 server with three NICs. They all
have internal IP's that receive forwarded traffic from 3
routers. Upon reboot, only one card will receive traffic
from the routers. If I disable the other 2 then re-
enable them, they work. I don't understand. I have been
unable to find anything in the knowledge base. Any ideas?

Run "ipconfig /all" from a command prompt window and paste the results in a
