multiple logons of users

Currently, any one user can log into the server
(win2000sp3) under terminal services, on one of the client
machines. Then if they move to another office, they logon
again without first ending the current session on the
other client machine. this results in outlook being unable
to open the default mail file etc, and stuffs it all up.
How can i prevent users from logging on under the same
user name on multiple clients at the same time! It is
really getting annoying! Please help, as i am sick of
wasting time with stupid support calls for this!

use a logon script to detect this type of thing:
