Hi,
one of our users is consistently unable to connect to the exchange server on
our Network (Exchange 2003). He is using Outlook 2003. What seems to be
happening is that there are too many logon sessions open at the same time,
and thus he is not able to connect. When we restart the Information Store
service, he is able to connect again. Sometimes this stays for a while, but
today all sessions came back within a matter of an hour.
Does anyone know what might be causing this issue to occur and what we could
do to fix it?
