Multiple Joint Table Display

Hi Gang!

So, the main thing I am tracking is Complaints. For each complaint you can
link (via a joint table) multiple businesses. You can also link (via another
joint table) multiple followups. I did manage to get a report to display the
complaint info and the multiple businesses (without repeats) but cannot get a
report to display all linked business and all linked followups WITHOUT
repeats.

I have tried different configurations of grouping and or subreports, but
each time it repeats something. For instance when it is grouped by
businesses, it will repeat all followups for each business. Or if it is
grouped by followups, it will repeat all businesses. Is there a normal way
of reporting data from multiple joint tables?

Any help would be much appreciated!

I expect your followup table is linked to Complaints rather than businesses.
If so, you may need to use a subreport for the followups. Place the subreport
in either the Complaint header or footer section. Make sure you remove the
followups table from the main report's record source.

Awesome! That completely did it. I was fighting with it all morning and am
glad that it is right now. Thanks again!
