Multiple Internet Explorer Windows Simultaneously

I find it very frustrating that I am not able to use my internet desktop or quicklaunch icons without them taking overanother internet window that I want to keep open. If I am using Windows Explorer it seems the only way to open another website without it taking over an application I'm still using is to open up my browser and type in the address. This seems so archaic. Does anybody know a way around this? I find my quicklaunch and desktop internet icons to be basically unusable because they will always open up on top of another internet site I still need to keep up. Any insight here would really be appreciated.

Tools/Internet Options/Advanced tab.
Click Reuse Windows for launching shortcuts.

There are other issues.

Thanks so much. That did the trick. I should have been able to figure that one out! Thanks again!
