multiple instances of outlook

I want to have multiple instances of outlook running, but can't seem to do it
unless I use an external keyboard from which I can open another instance.

Hoow do I do this from the software or OS

And just why would you want to have multiple instances of Outlook running?
Can't be done anyway AFAIK.....
