multiple installation

I received a copy of Windows XP Home Upgrade recently. I
have 2 computers in my home and am building a third. Can I
use the one upgrade on all three computers. There for my
use only and will stay in my residence.
 
Not if you want to stay in compliance with the ms eula. One license/copy per
computer. You'd need two more licenses/copies of xp.
