I have a situation where the information on the hard drive
needed to be saved and the only way to do it was to reload
windows 2000. by doing this we now have two installations
of windows 2000 on the same hard drive. How do we get rid
of the first installation?

thank you
Mel

Just delete the first folder (probably c:\winnt) and retain
the current folder.
