Multiple incoming junk emials

In my Junk-E mail folder, lots of junk emails are coming.
What I see is that there are many 10-20 identical junk emails
I wonder what causes such multiple junk emails.
This happens after I created my own rules along with the HIGH Junk Email
Options.

Do your rules move incoming mail into the Junk E-mail folder and do you have
more than one of these rules?
