multiple idenities in Outlook2003?

I am switching from Outlook Express6 to Outlook2003. In Outlook Express I had
two identities I could go back and forth between. One I used for business,
the other for personal email. Is there a way to set up a 2nd identity in
Outlook2003? When I tried creating another email account under tools, and
entered in the name I have for my business, it still sends all email to one
box. I can't seem to find the place that Outlook Express6 had to switch from
one identity to the other.

OL doesnt use Identities it uses Profiles, however you cannot switch
Profiles without first closing OL.
You can create multiple Accounts, then create account specific folders. You
have to use rules to move appropriate mail to these folders.
