multiple failures

Hi !
I have recently been having lots of little annoying
problems with XP.
1) I'm getting runtime errors asking me to debug , all the
time.
2)I can't get System restore or Help and support to run.
3)I'm having difficulties with certain parts of certain
websites. I can't even get to Microsofts E-mail support!
Explainn one website, which I must visit frequently, I
cannot acces some parts, but have access to others.
the status bar shows javascript:0 Same as when I tried to
get to the e-mail support page. I click on the link, get
the click confirmation sound, but nothing happens
background. I use Juno as my primary E-mail/browswer
(IE6.) it recently crashed, and I got it back up and
runnig thanks to their support desk. I also removed a
number of programs from my start menu so they would not
load up on start up (like Corel7 and Fax Talk). I noticed
during a McAfee AV run that New.net dll's were no longer
listed as "potentially dangerous programs" in the report.
I need help fast! Thanks to all!
