Hi,
I need to get mail into Outlook2003 from 2 Exchange email accounts.
One account has been running for a while and is fine.
I tried adding a 2nd exchange account but it's not working.
I went to Tools/Services/Advanced tab/added the account.
It didn't ask me for a password or any validation.
Outlook shows a new mail account entry with the right name but when I click
to open it it says it can't display that folder.
Some research turned up a 'Delegate' access that you need to set up in
Exchange first. But my admin people don't seem to know anything about it.
Any help here?
Really, this should be a no-brainer.
MS should junk Outlook, have "K.I.S.S." tattooed on the development VP's
forehead, and start from scratch.
