Multiple Event ID 3 and Event ID 4 messages

I am receiving multiple Event ID 3 and Event ID 4 messages
with descripton "OTM Opened" and "OTM Closed" about every
10 seconds. I cannot find OTM or event id 3/4 in the
knowledge base.

Two questions:
What is the probable cause of the event ID 3/4?
How do you search for an event id in the knowledgbase
without getting ALL event ids (except the one you want)
returned?

My guess is that you've got Backup Exec installed and that's where it's
coming from. If so then OTM stands for Open Transaction Manager. What is
the source in these events?
