I have read article 819716 on the knowledge base and I
have a few questions.

Should this issue have been resolved with SP 4 or is a
hotfix still required?

Should I pursue NIC driver updates before seeking a patch?

Where can I get the patch?

Thank you for you time.

Hello Steve,

I think the first thing to do is to see if the vendor has updated drivers,
to see if that resolves the issue.

If the drivers do not help with your issue, you can get the fix by calling
Microsoft at 1-800-936-4900 and reference Q819716.

The fix is included in SP5, so it is a post SP4 hotfix.

PS. There is no charge for this hotfix.

Thank You.

Diana.
