Multiple entry Mail Merge in Table

I am trying to generate a document that will allow me to have multiple
entries from a csv file which I will be using as a Mail Merge document. The
number of entries will not always be the same so will go over a number of
pages (A4). Once the entries are Merged I need to have a count of the total
number of entries made (MergeNum#) and also on a separate line a total of one
of the values in the Table that I have generated. These should be shown
outside of the table as the table is a variable length.

Thanks for the response Graham.
It didn't quite answer my query however.

I have been able to generate the multiple lines that I wanted, but as I
needed to format them I placed them inside a table and cannot get the macro
you suggested to use, to work. I have 4 columns and I wish to accumulate the
4th column to a line on the last page of the document.

I am not sure what it is that I am missing. :(

If it is not covered in the tutorial, it probably cannot be done (see pages
9 & 13). In that case you would have to merge to a new document and add the
extra detail to the document.
