Multiple Email Accounts

My wife and I have a joint email account plus seperate mailboxes. Comcast is
our provider, but their email system is terrible So we have added Outlook
2003 as a source. The problem is that ALL accounts show up in the INBOX in
Outlook and we can't send mail from our own accounts anymore. How can we
seperate the three mailboxes?

Are they actually separate mailboxes on Concast's server or are they merely
aliases for the same mailbox. In other words, if you use Comcast's web
interface, are the addresses distinct or can you see the messages for all
three accounts there?

For receiving, you can use rules and sort the mail into different folders
depending on the recipient address. For sending, you can create three
separate accounts and choose which one to use when you compose the message.

Each has it's own (e-mail address removed) and allowed us to enter our seperate
mailboxes as well as the joint mailbox. Messages has the appropriate source
([email protected]) when sending from each mailbox.

Well, then:
:

The other alternative is for each of you to have your own Windows login and
each have an individual mail profile to that your messages stores are
completely separate, which is what you said you wanted. Using Control
Panel's Mail applet, create a mail profile for each of you. I'd do it by
each of you logging in in turn and creating your own.
