We have users that access multiple email accounts under
their own profile. I'm thinking that because these
mailboxes are shared, that these problems occur. They
constantly get an error message of "Operation Failed".
Also, multiple emails get selected at once and you can't
clear it except for restarting Outlook. We are using
Outlook 2002 SP3. Any advise is appreciated.
