I
Ian Turk
I am running outlook 2002 on xp professional.
I work on behalf of several clients, and while most of the time I send
emails through my own account, I do have a number of accounts set up for
when I prefer to show email as having come from one of my clients - eg
emailed newsletter.
The problem for me is that sporadically I find that emails go out through an
account which is not the default account, and I do not understand the eason
why. It appears that if I reply to an email then that reply is sent using
the account that I last used - which can be embarrassing if I forget to
check.
Can anyone please confirm why this may be happening, can I set the default
account to be the one which is used to send all emails, including replies,
unless I specifiy an alternate account.
Many Thanks
Ian
