Probably an obvious one, but how can I log into multiple
domains? When you login to Windows, You can choose Domain
or Local PC. I have seen many PCs that have a multitude of
domain choices. How do I get a roaming PC/laptop from
another site to log into our site without changing the
PC's domain? Is there a way to use his own profile on our
domain as well?

Thanks

Your computer can only be a member of one domain at a time.
The reason you see multiple domains listed in the login dialog is because
your domain has trust relationships setup with those other domains.

This is something your domain administrator would setup (it's not something
you setup at your computer unless you were the domain administrator on a
domain server).

Hi,

When u see a multitude of domains this is because they
all share a common gateway which is specified in the
TCP/IP properties. Also domains need to have a 2-way
trust with each other to enable viewing the domains in
the drop down list box on the login screen.

I'll try that. I just thought that if setting the trust
up, the other domain must be contactable. With this it's
only the laptop coming over.
