Multiple DHCP servers

Hi,

We have Windows 2000 domain and DC's. We currently have
DHCP services running on only one DC. I would like to have
a second DHCP server for fault-tolerance. Can anyone let
me know if I can have multiple DHCP servers on the same
subnet, if so, how would I configure the scopes. Do I
create the same scope with the same address range on both
servers?

Any response would be appreciated. Thanks,

I think you can run multiple DHCP's broadcasting the same
subnet range on your network, I dont remember how it works
exactly, but Active Directory is involved somehow.
