Ok here is the problem that i have. We are two scopes. One on our PDC and
the other on our BDC. The dhcp on the PDC gave out most of the addresses and
the other scope did not give out as much. Is there a way where i can set a
balance? So that both servers give out a even amount of addresses? Or
better yet how can i merge the second scope and just have one?
