Multiple Delete

Hi There,

How do I delete a certain file in many folders in one go in XP? With DOS it
was a cinch; with XP, I have to use the Windows Explorer and go to every and
each folder, select the file and delete it.
I don't have the rights to execute a .bat file.
What is the better way of doing this? Thanks.

Thank you Alan.

I also need to copy another file to replace the deleted one to all those
folders. How would this go?

Are you trying to synchronize folders? If so, try allway sync:
http://www.allwaysync.com/ . I recently found this app and I am testing
it now for network workstation file syncing.

If you create a batch file, you can right click on it and select, "Run
as" and elevate your permissions.
