Multiple Copies of E-mails sent/ Received

I have Outlook 2003 and I have noticed that I will receive multiple copies of
e-mails I send or receive.

I have a rule set-up that moves e-mails I send to a folder in my PST for
further archiving, however, I do notice that I will have 6 or 7 copies of
that e-mail once it moves to my PST folder.

Is there a fix for this?

I expect it will either be caused by an Anti Virus app that is intergrated
with Outlook, or your rules
