multiple comparison between means

Can more than two means be compared using Excel/ If not, is there any free
software available for this? Please relply.
 
Maybe something like this would help.........

=IF(AND(A1=A2,A1=A3,A1=A4),"ALL FOUR ARE THE SAME","DIFFERENT")
