Multiple browser windows open automatically

I've been having trouble with numerous windows opening in I.E. 6--usually 36
but sometimes more. I've run ad-aware, spytbot, spyblaster, anti-virus
guard, I use Norton Anti-Virus. I've found some spyware, etc. but getting
rid of those items hasn't done anything to stop this. I have an account with
National City Bank. As part of that there's a National City Assistants
pop-up kind of screen that would let you access a bunch of different
accounts from one site. I noticed today that these windows all showed
https://myaccounts.nationalcity.com/m/apps/psaver/yps_ver in the address
field. Would anyone have any idea of how I could get this plug-in or
whatever it is uninstalled so that I can see how that affects my problem?

national city accounts saver ..scroll down to bottom
uninstall it and reinstall and see if any improvement
and is it conflicting with a popup stopper?

use add/remove programs to remove it.

You may have hijackware or a malware of some sort on your system. Try the
programs below and see if they will help. It is important that you follow
all directions carefully:

and download HiJackThis. Unzip to a folder other than your Desktop or the
Temp folder, doubleclick HiJackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button. Press that, save the log some place you remember where it is. Most
of
what it lists will be harmless or even required, so DO NOT fix anything yet.

Open a the copy of your log in NotePad and made a copy. Then you can go here
to post you log:

Go to the HiJackThis section on the forum list and click to open. You can
post as a guest. It's also a good site to keep for reference. The experts
there will analyze the log and report back the results. Please allow at
least a few hours or a days time for a response.

Remember, you must return to the HJT site to get your answer. It is a good
idea to click the "Notify" box so that you will get an electronic
notification by e-mail to let you know when a response has been posted.

This has happened to me when I used a Pop-up Blocker
software. I had to disable the Pop-Up Blocker and it
stopped happening.

I just noticed that you said you have used 'spyblaster', is that the name of
the program, or is it actually SpywareBlaster? When did this problem begin?
You have not mentioned what version of Windows you have, but, if you have
System Restore, they restoring to a date and time before the problem started
if possible.
