Hi all....

I frequently scan in a 10 page document in my multi-feed printer/scanner....
problem is, I can't find a freeware program that willl scan in all 10 pages
and then save it as a single picture. Instead, I'm suck having each scanned
in document appear like an individual document/picture.

Anybod know of any freeware that can multi-scan documents and then save them
all in a single file?

Irfanview supports this.. I just checked the latest version

File>aquire batch scanning, select multiple images and then
Save as a multipage image (and use tiff as the format)

You could copy them into GIMP (example: 4 photos on a single page), save
it then 'fix' using IrfanView. You could do several of these '4 per sheet' (that's
just
and example I used, you may be able to put more on a page...depending on size),
photo groups, save them then use IrfanView to do a panorama of them... e.g.,
putting them all on one page... in essence you could have 4 pages of 4 photos each
all on one page.. Just a thought.
