Multihomed Domain contoller

Hi All,

Just wondering; are there any issues with a multihomed
domain controller in a windows 2000 domain? I have 2
subnets and a server with 2 nics, just wondering if the
nics should be teamed or one per subnet. The server will
not be doing any routing.

The problem really comes from the fact that the DC will attempt to register
both IP addresses with DNS. This can lead to confusion on your network as
DNS will have two IP addresses from the name machine.
