Multidomain configuration

Hi, all
So, here is a task. Our company have created a subsidiary one. We create
new domain for this company and install an Exchange server over there. So
the question is: what the option would be better - to create new domain in
new tree in existing forest or to create sub-domain in existing tree? What
the pluses and minuses of each option? The accent is users and their
mailboxes migration easyness.
Thanks a lot

If you create a separate tree within the forest you're not bound to the
existing namespace. This can be a pro depending on your demands.

The subdomain is going to be easier from a namespace standpoint. I'd take
this route, it's logical, given that the new company is a subsidiary.

Do you have a business requirement that dictates the need for an additional
domain? Could you just create an OU for this subsidiary and put everything
in there?

They have to have their own e-mail addresses. They would have their own
admin who should have full access to their DCs but shouldn't have any access
to our ones. But we have to have full access to all forest.
