multidimensional tables

Hi

I'm trying to setup a database whereby one field cross
references another field to determine more information on
the original field. In other words, I would like to setup
a multi dimensional table. Is there a way I can do this
in access? Thanks

Could you offer an example with "real" data?

I'm thinking that, if I understand what you're asking, Access handles this
by relating tables (it is, after all, a relational database!) But I may not
be understanding what you are trying to do.

Also, perhaps you could describe the underlying business need that's driving
you to want to do whatever it is...
