i run with 2 users, one for me then one for the family, and i want to set
both up with different setings, so i can leave my setings on my account alone
and let them do with theres, but dish cleanup will only clean the account i
am in, not both at once, in short i need the accounts to be as 2 different
form of windows, with one program runinning the same way, how do i do this?

You can't do both at once, they both have two different setups. One at a time.
