Multi-user printer config

I have a customer that is using Access 2000 and they have some
reports that print on Legal paper. Of course on different computers the
paper size is not retained and it tries to print on Letter size.

What is the best way to deal with this?

Have your client install the service releases for Access 2000. This is a
known bug.
