Multi-user Access

i have my account set up and it works great but when i've
loaded other accounts they can't get on the internet
because it crashes to the "there is an error and must be
shut down sorry for..." and if i send an error report it
will give me a link to solve the prob. this would be
great except internet expoler doesnt work and therefore i
cant follow the link. has anyone else had this prob. if
so please let me know how to fix it asap. Thank You.

Post some details of your crash or post the link.

Alternatively save the link for one of the "accounts" which
is working and use it to see the fix.
