multi-point video conferencing software??

We're looking for multi-point video conferencing software which doesn't
require signing in to a vendor website (because sometimes the user networks
won't have access to the internet). Does anyone know of any packages that
can handle this??

point-to-point software such as MS Portrait or NetMeeting won't serve here,
we need to support a number of simultaneous users.
